IMPORTANT NOTICE

- Arrive 5 minutes earlier before the class starts.

- Bring a small towel (do not bring hand bags, computers etc., you will be moving to different locations and will not be able to carry them).

- At least 500ml of water or other fluid.

- Dress for exercise (shorts, track suit, running shoes, cap, anything you feel comfortable to exercise in).

The program for people who are just starting out with sport and want to get involved in some physical activity.  This Bootcamp program involves basic movements, strength exercise etc.

Hard & Fast

Is for the more advanced people who have been attending BOOTCAMP before or who do regular exercise, those who have a goal they want to achieve with physical activity.

Express

For those business people who want to get out during lunch time to clear their heads and get some physical activity going in their lives.

Weekend BOOTCAMP

Two day BOOTCAMP for people to stay over and get involved in a hard core BOOTCAMP course.  Weekend BOOTCAMP can be both in Hong Kong or at an overseas location.

Running BOOTCAMP 

This 8-week Running BOOTCAMP is led by our own IRONMAN, Michal Bucek who will perfect your running technique and increase your running efficiency and stamina.

Running BOOTCAMP includes:

  • Improving your running technique
  • Tips on building your running program between your sessions
  • Stretching for running

Running BOOTCAMP for Adults : HKD $1,200 for 8 sessions (expiry 2 months) or HKD $200 per casual session
